Borderlands 3 44/45 achievements cant get last achievement

in borderland 3 there is a achievement called (ultimate vault hunter) to get it you have to "unlock all borderlands 3 achievements"

im currently sitting at 44/45 last one i have to do is (ultimate vault hunter) so what should i do.

I would recommend going to https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us and filling out a support ticket. They'll follow up with you in about 24hrs. This is most likely a temporary bug and
should short itself out if you inform them of its occurrence. Since you've completed every achievement already there'd be no other way of triggering everything again unless you did another 100 percent run of the game, even then it could stay locked. I'd recommend
filling out a support request and just waiting it out. It should get fixed.

does it have 45 achievements for MGS 3 and 45 for MGS2?

Only 2-3 of online achievements unlocked for me, however there are some that haven't, including the achievement for completing the intro to GTA Online, despite transferring a level 45 character.
