Borderlands 2 shift codes

I am trying to claim the 10th anniversary shift codes that are on the go for Borderlands two.When I log in my system tells me I have a shift code to claim,however when I click on the menu tab for shift codes it tells me I need to be signed in to xbox live gold to access it,even though I had to be signed in for it to know I had a reward to claim!Can anyone help?Cheers

Go to Facebook search borderlands 2 shift codes to access these codes and codes for keys. Free almost everyday

Correct you need paid gold membership to redeem shift codes for Borderlands 2.

I am having same problem. Xbox series x with linked gearbox shift accounts. Entered in game under sift codes but says "cannot be redeemed " I reminded acct just to be sure.
