Borderlands 2 Season Pass not registering

Recently I bought the Borderlands 2 Season pass...but it doesn't seem to register on the game itself. I read it's supposed to make the DLCs Free and have their prices changed to that, as I also bought the Borderlands Pre-Sequel Season Pass I can assume this
is the same case BUT. The prices don't change at all, everything stills reads in points and still says I have to buy them.

Xbox Marketplace code redeemed incorrect content

I purchased a code for the Borderlands Pre-Sequel Season Pass, but when redeemed, it unlocked the Borderlands 2 Season Pass (which I already owned).

commerce.microsoft.com has no record of this purchase because it was bought from Best Buy, not Microsoft directly.

I was looking for a solution to this myself. Purchased the Borderlands 2 season pass, and the in game content is still charging. If it even all shows. I load the game, go to DLC, sometimes only the compatibility pack shows. Other times it's what I assume
to be all the content. But nothing seems to be usable with the season pass.

 

Yeah, checked a few times and that's the main problem, it won't load everything, and I've checked, it'll load ALMOST everything...except the stuff that's applicable(The Add-on campaigns and the Vault Hunter Level Cap Upgrade 1)

 

Have you tried any fixes? I've gone through about 4 or 5 different attempts, but no joy so far

 

Not really, just hoping it fixes itself casue it seems to be solely a server problem

 

I've tried;

Clearing the HD cache,

Deleting and redownloading the season pass

Deleting and redownloading the title update and compatibility pack

Creating a new character in game and trying the store again

Changing from a wireless to a wired connection.

You may be able to try these, see if you have any joy. But be warned, my *** tokens were unspent. Rank was still there, just none spent.

 

Hey, guys! Sorry to see that you're seeing prices still after purchasing the season pass for Borderlands 2. It should be showing up as free.

After trying out the steps that MagicalMythster posted, have you guys attempted to actively download some DLC in the game itself? When you launch it up, does it still say the price you will be charged or that it's free? Can you also both post back with the
day that you made the purchase of the season pass? This may lead us to other troubleshooting.

From there, we'll be able to dig into things a little more.

 

I bought my Season Pass 5/24/2016, a tuesday. After a while of checking I realized it was less that the prices didn't read out(As I thought at the time that the Season pass was for everything) but more that the DLCs the season pass DID effect...didn't show
up, they just wouldn't load on the DLC list at all, everything else would, but not the Campaigns or the Level Cap boost thing.

 

And now it's suddenly started working, I'm gonna assume the servers were being overtaxed and couldn't load properly.

 

Same here, Monday night/Tuesday day. The prices are still showing in points in the in-game store, and when clicked, brings up the window for purchasing, rather than downloading like I'd expect. I'm glad yours is working Mataku. I hope it was just servers
being overloaded for me too. I'll try when I get in. Post here wether the issue is resolved or not =]
