    Borderlands 2 saving problem


    I have made a lot of progress in this game since I downloaded it to my Xbox one for the free game of the month and I saved it correctly and when I tried to come back to the game today to continue it insist I am not logged into a profile even though I am
    and I can't continue my game I can only start a new one. I needn't to know if there is any way I can fix this so I can continue. My regular Xbox one games that aren't previously 360 games don't do this so I think it may be something to do with that that's
    causing the issue.

    Hey there!

    Can you try deleting your local Xbox 360 storage from your Xbox One console to see if that sorts out the profile issue? You can find that option through the Xbox One's 'System' settings screen within 'Storage'. Your Xbox One console will restart after 'Clear
    local Xbox 360 storage' is selected.

    you have to go back on your xbox 360 and upload your characters onto the borderlands cloud to play them on your xbox one

    As bad as this may sound go to your Borderlands 2 saves on your hard-drive and look for a corrupted save of some sorts. If one is there delete it. It may be causing problems with your game.
