Borderlands 2 Psycho Pack only available in dollars with US address

I've tried buying it from the US site, the GB one and the FR one and it always takes me back to a screen with a dollar price. When I click to download it, it says I have no payment options set up (and I do) and then when I try to add a credit card it
will only accept a US address.

So how do I buy this in either euros or GBP or even dollars but with my credit card with a French address?

On the site, try placing the item in the shopping cart, then go to checkout and see if the value appears in the correct currency.

customer support to have an agent take a closer look at what could be getting in your way.

Hi, following a bit of research, I'm afraid to tell you that the Psycho Pack is not included with the season pass.

Wikipedia:

The second pack, the Psycho Pack, contains a sixth playable character for Borderlands 2 - a Psycho named Krieg. Psychos are psychotic enemies fought during the main Borderlands 2 campaign. He is a primarily melee focused character with an
action skill called "Buzz Axe Rampage", which boosts his melee damage and causes him to regain health whenever he kills an enemy. It will be released on May 14th and
is not included in the Season Pass.

I'm having issues with the compatibility pack. Not only does Borderlands 2 keep asking me to download the compatibility pack, but it also wont let me play my psycho pack and mechro pack characters even though I bought them legally.

At this point I don't mind spending the extra money to get it. I just wish we had some idea on how long it will be.
