Borderlands 2 Prequel?

what do you mean? i've got a bunch of golden keys on ps3 and 360 and all i did was go to the borderlands 2 wiki/guide on ign. i can't imagine there's any information about me that anyone could benefit from, certainly not me.

I have a sneaky feeling that it may hit GwG sometime. It seems to fit the bill but I may be wrong there. Doesn't sound like the pre-sequel (I like that name) is going to be here for a while so if I get the chance to pick up BL2 I will

 

Borderlands 2 is fun, Cloud, but you really need friends to play with to optimize enjoyment. Playing with randoms can get annoying especially because you will get people joining your game who are your level but partied with a mega-high level that ends up
in your game making nothing challenging, or people who want to stay in town with a menu up for long periods of time (preventing everyone from traveling) or constantly trying to fast travel your party out of the area you all are in for a quest. It's also going
to be harder to get people to wait for you if you have to step away. Also loot hoarders (like a Gunzerker snatching up a sniper rifle when a sniper assassin is in the group).

Aside from that, it is a fun game, Love the environment, feel of the game, and varying guns though I really find it more fun on PC (I got the first one on 360 then sold it back and got the GOTY on Steam for $7, enjoyed it more b/c I like PC shooter controls).

 

I honestly loved to play BL2 solo, actually I preferred it this way. I'm sure a few of my buds were upset because I talked a few into getting the game and would hardly ever play with them lol. Sure the game was harder but I'm real picky on how I play my
games. Don't like loot ninjas and I have a vet strict pace.

For the most part im sure a game like BL is more enjoyable with friends tho.

On topic, I have to say after reading/ watching the gameplay it get me quite interested but being last gen idk, will wait to see.

 

If by not going to be here for awhile, you mean releasing in the fall...then sure. Doesn't seem that far off though.

Still would prefer BL3 instead or at least have this on X1 and PS4.

I would buy this in a heartbeat just because it's another Borderlands..doesn't matter if it's a prequel or sequel..the Borderlands games has given me tons of amazing gaming hours and look forward to more. Although this may not be Borderlands 3(which i anticipate
like a school child does a toy) i imagine the prequel will still rock.

 

@tCruzin, I prefer to play Borderlands 2 by myself too, the fact I like the game so much is testimony to how good it is, I have gone off shooters in general, but I still like Killzone 3 and Borderlands 2, so much so that I have had 2 or 3 copies of the
game, 2 on Xbox360 and one on PS3, my kids play it co-op every day and have done so for a couple of months now.

I hope the sequels/prequels can keep up the quality, I'd hate to see the franchise become yet another franchise that is milked to death...

Its seems like there are still more last gen games coming out than there is next gen haha

 

A prequel to the sequel. Sounds incredibly interesting (not).

 

This is the only one I can think of that's last gen only. I know quite a few games are coming out for both gens (Watch Dogs, Wolfenstein, Dying Light, etc). Really wish this was coming to the X1 Can't believe I'm actually thinking about passing on this.

What also comes to mind is how my 360 struggled to handle BL2 in some cases. My Zero when I Bore'd Hyperius to death, Salvador's dual wielding (even worse with co-op) and other things. Oh well, not bad news at all, I'm sure it'll be fun. Fragtrap alone may
get me to bite.
