Borderlands 2 on demand "disc unreadable"

Discus and support Borderlands 2 on demand "disc unreadable" in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought a digital copy of Borderlands 2 on demand.     Borderlands 2 on demand "disc unreadable"


    I bought a digital copy of Borderlands 2 on demand. Every time I try to boot it up receive the following message:

    "Game Error

    This disc is unreadable.

    1. Clean the disc with a soft cloth.

    2. Restart the console"

    Strangely, the game is actually playing in the background, but I cannot play it, as my only option is to select "OK."

    What is going on??

    Steps I have taken so far:

    Cleared the Cache

    Deleted the game

    Re downloaded the game

    Re downloaded the game onto a different drive.

    Hey there ferment,

    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with Assassin's Creed 2.

    I'm having a little difficulty understanding what your exact issue is. It sounds like your AC2 had a disc unreadable error and isn't downloading.

    I would recommend trying the steps in our
    Games on Demand Disc Unreadable Error     troubleshooter.
