    Borderlands 2 not launching suddenly


    Bought digital copy of BL2 and commander Lilith..been going fine until today. It wont load an says i need to purchase it to continue. Then takes me to the screen that u can buy it. But where the dollar amount should be it says owned. Same with commander
    Lilith. The monthly payments went through so not sure is happening. Thx

    If you have purchased the game under your account just delete it, hard restart the console and download the game again.

    Power cycling your console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds should do the trick
