Borderlands 2, lost all progress when connecting to Xbox live

I have been playing borderlands 2 for a while now and when i saw i could get more content i wasnt to do so. The game told me I had to connect my account to xbox live to be able to get the addons. I then went to settings and clicked join xbox live and went
through that process. Now when I load up bl2 I have lost all my progress?? What can I do about this?

Power leveling/aid

would you mind power-leveling me? my hard drive got corrupted so all my data had to get deleted which meant i lost all my borderlands 2 progress

Hi EpicPigeon,

Thanks for your post! Try power cycling the console to troubleshoot this by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds to power off, and then pressing the power button again to turn it back on. If the issue persists you may want to clear local
saves games on the Xbox to redownload saves from the cloud here's how to do so:

Enter Settings

Choose System

Select Storage

Select Clear Local Save Games

Allow the Xbox to restart

After the console is back on, launch Borderlands 2, the game should attempt to sync data from the cloud.

Halo Reach is working, Gears of war 3, and Judgment are working and so is Battlefield 3. That's progress. But, Lego: Star Wars and Borderlands 2 are still not connecting and without xbox live I cannot access my save files. Microsoft! Fix this you idiots!

This has happened to me as well. Lost all my tracking progress for Forza Horizon 2 - when I checked the achievement app thoroughly, the progress on all locked achievements is now showing as 0%
