BorderLands 2 Handsome Jack Edition issues

Hello, I have an issue with the DLC with the game everytime i try to download the Commander Lilth & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC I had the game when this DLC came out but when I try to install it just says "BUY" when the game says free even though i had
the dlc installed anyways so can u please help me I have tried everything to get this dlc back so if anyone can help me with it i would apperaite it thnx

Handsome jack from borderlands 2. For me

the Commander Lilith DLC is not part of the Handsome Jack Collection and was released after.

it was free for the first couple of weeks but this was a promotional offer only.

if you didn't get it during that time you will have to pay for it.

the price shown in the Borderlands 2 menus is a mistake by Gearbox/2K.

you could try contacting them as it is their mistake.

Full shutdown, either through options or hold down the power button for ~10 seconds. If that doesn't work, uninstall Borderlands 2 then reinstall. If that doesn't work, delete than add your account back to the Xbox.

I would first have you verify that the game shows up on your account by checking your

Order history, and
My games on the Xbox website.

If you can see it here, you will be able to install in onto your console remotely. However, if you do not see it on your account, you may have gotten it on another account while it was free.

Go ahead and try this out and let us know if this works for you!

Ganon comes to mind; he's a classic.

Another one is Handsome Jack in Borderlands 2. At times, he's funny, but definitely psychotic.
