Borderlands 2 Downloadable content

So recently I started playing Borderlands 2 after a year or two. I saw that in the "Downloadable contect" section, there were some cool things, like character customizations i really liked. Then I saw the price was like 80 microsoft points or something,
and because i played a few games on my account and never bought anything with those coins, i have around 2400 points. So I was like "cool i can buy some of these without real money"... wrong. When i went to buy these, it wanted to use the credit card, and
i couldnt find the microsoft points option, even though it said it. Can someone help? Thanks!

Best way is to look the dlc for the game on here it will show you the correct price of the dlc

Points were converted to real money, but likely they never updated the game. You can take a look at the options here
for purchase.

As far as your points go, I assume you're talking about Microsoft REWARDS Points which are different from the Microsoft Points that were converted. More information on that
conversion/discontinue of Points can be found here.

If you're talking about redeeming your Rewards points for money on your Microsoft account,

I would recommend reviewing the FAQ here for Microsoft Rewards. You'll have to redeem the points, and then redeem the code provided from Rewards to your Microsoft Account, and then you can use your balance to purchase content.
