Borderlands 2 Downloadable Content Retrieval?

Help! When I saw my favorite game from years ago, Borderlands 2, was available as a backwards compatible game I was ecstatic. I recently sent my save files from the 360 to the cloud, now I am able to load them on the one. This excitement was halted at the
fact that my purchases of the season pass did not persist through the consoles. It prompts me to buy it again when I try to go and download it, even though I obviously have payed for it before. I think the issue is that when I purchased the season pass on
360 initially, I had a completely different Xbox live account. This same account was hacked 3 or so years ago, and since then I have been using my current one. Even when I was hacked, my new account had kept the accessibility of the season pass, but now that
I am playing on the one I have lost all priveledge of using my hard earned weapons, and playing through the dlc which I have payed for. If there is anyway I can gain accessibility to the season pass without having to pay for it again I will try it. Any help
is appreciated!

Borderlands 2 season pass, how do i download new content without being charged again?

Hello,

If you redeemed your season pass on your account, please make sure it's actually downloaded onto your console by going to your Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History > Borderlands 2 Season Pass.

Once you've confirmed that, please launch the game and follow the instructions below:

1) In the main menu of Borderlands 2, select "Downloadable Content."

2) Select and download "Season Pass" from the menu. If you have already purchased a Season Pass on the account you're logged in to, you will not be charged again.

3) Once the "Season Pass" has finished downloading, return to the main menu of Borderlands 2.

4) From the main menu of Borderlands 2, select "Downloadable Content."

5) Any available "Season Pass" content should now be listed as "Free" allowing you to download and install any applicable add-ons through the "Downloadable Content" menu at no additional charge.

Borderland 2, season pack

From the borderlands 2 downloadable content menu next to the dlc we will just use tiny tinas assault on dragon keep for example:does it say purchased or does it give you a cost?

Best way is to look the dlc for the game on here it will show you the correct price of the dlc

Points were converted to real money, but likely they never updated the game. You can take a look at the options here
for purchase.

As far as your points go, I assume you're talking about Microsoft REWARDS Points which are different from the Microsoft Points that were converted. More information on that
conversion/discontinue of Points can be found here.

If you're talking about redeeming your Rewards points for money on your Microsoft account,

I would recommend reviewing the FAQ here for Microsoft Rewards. You'll have to redeem the points, and then redeem the code provided from Rewards to your Microsoft Account, and then you can use your balance to purchase content.
