Borderlands 2 DLC Will Not Download, Install

Recently I've purchased the Bordelands 2 Season Pass. I was able to install Dragon's Keep and Pirate's Booty without a problem. The following day, I stayed at a friend's house & downloaded my profile to a his Xbox whom owned the season pass as well. The
day I return home, I am unable to download any of the remaining DLC content (Campaign of Carnage, Hammerlock's Hunt, Ultimate Vault Hunter). I've searched for two days now, and have attempted to fix but nothing has worked. When attempting to download, it skips
from 1% to 100%, stating the download has stopped. When looking under the BL2 file in storage, DLC will exist with a yellow exclamation mark. Attempting to access content in game prompts me to redownload. These Solutions have not worked for me: - Deleting
& Redownloading (DLC as well as Season Pass) - Deleting content, clearing System Cache, rebooting & redownloading - License Transfer - Unplugging Router - Deleting and redownloading profile

Borderlands Secret Armory DLC not working

Hey everyone hope all is well I'm having issues accessing my purchased Secret Armory DLC for borderlands which is odd since I was able to download my **** Revolution DLC but every time I try to install the DLC the market place says its a Bundle only instead
of install this is very unsettling as I can see that I own the dlc and I cant download it even when I try from the Borderlands DLC menu it shows I paid for it but it will not install. help Please

Problem with DLC

We have 2 consoles that we play on. I have two copies of Borderlands 2, but I buy the DLC once and download/install it first on my son's XBOX. This has allowed him to play the DLC without me being logged in to his console. This has worked fine for the
past few weeks, but ever since we either downloaded the Compatibility Pack or the Mechromancer DLC, this no longer works. Every time he loads the game, it tells him he needs to download the Compatibility Pack and that all of the DLC shows up as not installed.
Even after he downloads the CP, the dashboard STILL says he hasn't downloaded it.

Other games with DLC still work fine, so what is wrong with Borderlands 2?

 

Could you try deleting the content, clearing the cache, restarting the console and then go into your Purchase History to re-download (rather than from the game itself)? As long as you've tried to download the content once from within the game, it will exist
in your Purchase History.

On the console: Settings/Account/Download History

PC:
live.xbox.com/.../history

The content should then get added to your Download Queue and, hopefully, download as normal.
