I have borderlands 2 360 version on my xbox one can I still play lan with friends on xbox one version of the game?

Hi, no it's not possible to do that, you need to both be playing the same version of the game to be able to do that.

If you are indeed talking about backwards compatibility, it is in essence, an emulator. If you try to play the emulator lan with an Xbox 360 version of the game. It may not work. Can we get some true insight on this one. Exactly why it would or would not
work. Thank you. Spare no details.
