Borderlands 2 cannot be download on my xbox one

Borderlands 2 is now free (Game with gold) and I tried downloading it from my xbox one but it keep saying that I cant download it from xbox.com.. W-t-f xbox

So if there is a way to download it from my xbox let me know because I only have 15days

Games with Gold

When I try to download Borderlands 2 which is one of the Games with Gold at the moment, it gives me an error message saying that this type of purchase cannot be made on Xbox.com even though I am trying to download it directly from my Xbox One. Any help is
appreciated.

 

Question about buying the game

If I purchase Borderlands on xbox.com and I am part of the preview program, will I be able to download and play Borderlands on my Xbox one?

no I'm an adult account with all the rights

Why, the game is free.

The problem is when I try to download it it doesnt work because its a backward compatibility game but it should work. Sorry for bad English im French :/

 

Even though it's free, the system can't make the purchase without something to "charge"

 

I tried with other free games and it works, I think it has a little glitch because borderlands2 is a game initialy free on xbox 360, I'm not sure only trying to understand..
