Borderlands 2 Achievement (Treasure Hunter) Not showing as unlocked

Hi,

Earlier today i was playing a session of Borderlands 2 with some friends.

We had completed one the DLC and received the "Treasure Hunter" Achievement for finishing the storyline mission of "X Marks the Spot".

The achievement unlocked on all 4 of our sessions/screens, however later that night when i went to check the gamer score, i noticed the achievement was not showing as unlocked under my profile (even though on the game the mission shows the completed)

The game was played on another 360, however i had loaded my profile via a memory stick.

Any clues as to why this may have happened/how to rectify this?

Unobtainable achievements

Well, after killing a few more, restarting, killing a few more, and restarting again, Monster Hunter suddenly shows as unlocked in game (and on XBL). Never got a notification, and it was still showing as locked until the 2nd restart (I checked the in game
achievement list each time).

Still have the 1-2-1 and 1-2-2-1 problem noted above though.

 

Try redownloading your profile on your console. This may cause the cheevo to pop.

 

Hey if Maximum's advice doesn't do it you could always try trying to find someone playing online and joining in their game to run through this mission pretty quickly. It may pop that way for you. You could also try Using another of your "toons" that hasn't
completed this mission yet. Either way you will have to play through the mission all over again, but that treasure room can be worth it in the long run : )

 

Thanks for the assistance. Unfortunately redownloading my profile to the console didnt work.

So it looks like i may need try finding someone online to do the mission to get the achievement to register.
