Well WILK0 it's easy enough to understand where you're coming from.

"Borderlands 2" is a fantastic title and a must own for anyone with a 360.

Bayonetta is THE best game within it's genre in my opinion, Ninja Gaiden 2 is a very close second but it's to hard for it to be assesable to everyone whereas Bayonetta is challenging but doable for the average gamer, heck I managed to do it on the hardest
setting, but I doubt I could finish Ninja Gaiden 2 on the hardest setting, and if I tried I'd probably have an embolism...

Lol, I knew if I typed the words NINJA GAIDEN 2 you would appear, I think if I had just thought about the game and not typed it you would still know!

Oh I'd know, we Ninja have our ways If NG2 had co-op it would be the all round package for me, though NG3:RE goes some way to rectify that. The MP flat out sucks but the co-op is really good, if you have a good partner that is!

I had fun with Borderlands 2 but seemed way to similar to the first game to me and I lost interest in it after I reached level 50 with my first character.

I bought Borderlands 2 on release day for Xbox360 and lost interest in the game and the console shortly afterwards, but after a year of not really playing shooters I picked it up on PS3 for £10 new and thoroughly enjoyed it, it's a truly great package on
both formats regardless of price...

It looks slightly better on PS3, but runs slightly better on Xbox360 in my opinion based on owning it on both systems, so it rocks regardless of what platform you have played it on!

I had the PC version because the game came as a free gift with a graphics card I purchased back in 2012. I was very impressed by how much of an improvement it was over the first game. The visuals were stunning, especially all the cool looking particle effects.
Borderlands 2 is one of those games that is just worth every penny. I still have to catch up with all the dlc that has been released for the game. I'm looking forward to a future sequel if Gearbox has anything planned.

Yeah it is a great game, I dislike 2k very much but I have to admit that Borderlands 2 was good enough for me to buy multiple copies and I even bought it for PS3 when I could have got it for free on PS+.

Heck I even created this thread to share the love!

If the sequel is of the same quality it is a garunteed purchase for me and both of my children on whatever formats we own, so there is at least 3 day one full priced new purchases...

Already mentioned "Bayonetta".

Better graphics, better gameplay, better graphics, better control, better sound, better story, more original... better everything really.

However "Borderlands 2" is still a great game and if you just want to go with what type of game you personally prefer then "Borderlands 2" could be the top game on the 360 for you.

Borderlands 2 was a fantastic game and I loved the original. It does come with a great amount of content on the disc but I feel that the game offers it's best experience via co-op so playing with friends is a must. Don't get me wrong, playing the game
on your own is okay but nowhere near as fun as co-op and as you said the game offers the complete package, I would expect the offline to be as fun as the online. It's a fantastic game nonetheless, but I wouldn't call it the best. To be honest, I don't even
feel that any one game deserves the title of 'the best' as there are so many different games that cater to different tastes, people can have their own 'personal best' but overall, there isn't any game that really owns that title.

@ Wilko I already did. I guess for ease of confusion I will list GTA5 as the best game on the 360. Excellent campaign. Over 100 co-op missions online ranging from 2-8 player co-op, full open world sandbox game with the ability to buy houses, go parachuting,
racing, shooting, buy cars, buy bikes, buy boats, buy planes, buy helicopters, map maker, character customization, and much more. No online pass. The online dlc has all been free. .
