    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    Report & block using the tools on your console.That is the only way to report someone.

    This guy name [Mod Removed] keeps getting mad talking about i'm gonna boot him when i can't even boot people offline or fry there internet because i don't know how they keep saying i did something wrong i don't wanna boot people offline
    because that will cause 5 to 10 years in prison please terminate his account so he can't be acting like this and hes threating me on xbox i hate to ask for help but please terminate his account

    Hi

    Firstly please don't call out other gamers gamertags on the forum. The best way to handle this to either block or block and report the other player and this should stop you encountering this person again.

    Unless it was a DDoS that knocked your internet out I would consider that just a glitch in the game. Powercycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps.
