Booted off Xbox when stepson signs in from his mums house

He doesn't have a Gold account. The console here at our place is set as his home console, I don't know if he's changed the one at his mums. Is there a way that they can both play at the same time? My son logs in to a different account, I can't understand why he can't play any xbox at all when my stepson is also logged in.

Is he making his console his home console ?.

Yes it was a @hotmail.co.uk email which my stepson had connected to his Xbox. I asked his Mum, to tell him to just remove my email from his Xbox. In doing so, it looks like he's totally deleted my Email address 😞 Now Microsoft are saying my email doesn't exist, it did, so surely it's gotta be in the ether somewhere. It can't just disappear. He can. You just buy the game on his profile. You get the right to play it on your profile on your console and he can play it on his as long as he's connected to live.

My stepson has an xbox one that he has at my house. He gave me his passkey to get into his profile so we can play the games he has on it. last night my 5 year old son put the passkey in wrong to many times and now its asking for my stepsons email password... But here is the problem my stepson is in jail for another year and we hear from him about 1 time a month... I had bought the digtal Call of duty on his profile if i make another profile on the xbox will i be able.to play that game or do i have to buy it again?

If the Xbox had been made the "home xbox" for his account prior to all of this happening then it will let you play games that were purchased on one account from another on the same xbox. But otherwise if it wasnt set as the "home xbox" beforehand then it wont.
