Boot up issues

Try this:

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.

3. Press and hold the BIND (controller sync button located on the left side of the console or bottom right if a one S or one X) and the EJECT button and then just press the Xbox button on the console once.

4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

7. To reset your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, use the D-pad and A button on your controller to select Reset this Xbox.

9. When prompted, select Keep games and apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Try with some compressed air on sides and back. Is the console on the good, ventilated place?

If the issue continues I'm afraid it is a hardware failure. So, then repair it.

Can i suggest that you start by going ahead and unplugging the console.

Leave it unplugged for a few minutes and then try to have it plugged into a different plug to what you were using before, you can try a different room.

Try turn the console on and see if it helps.

If your console is still under warranty you may request a repair

To isolate the issue further, can you please try using a different TV as well?

Also, this is only happening with HALO Infinite, correct?

Hello Francia, yes I have tried switching TVs and the issue still remains, not I have the disc version of the game so I'm not sure if that takes any affect unto it. And yes, this issue is only occurring with Halo Infinite, I have tried booting up Forza Horizon 5, Dying Light 2, Jedi Fallen Order, and even another disc game like Fifa and they all run fine. Another thing to note is that Halo runs perfectly fine with no issues after the distorted loading screen appears, the Xbox Game Studios loading screen appears with no problem whatsoever.
