Bonus Star offer not tracking amount spent

Hello,

I have reached (and past) the spend threshold set for a bonus star but the tracking bar indicates I'm not even at 50%.

Since the FAQ says most games are eligible (but does not list those that are not) I just make sure not to pre-order any game.

The issue according to an answer from Xbox Rewards Team on another post of mine is that my purchase of Resident Evil 7 is not listed, although I bought the game on February 3rd so after the game is released and thus counting towards the bonus star offer.

Can you guys please have a look at the issue?

The bonus star offer is based off purchases made in February. We do not see any purchase of Resident Evil 7 this month. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to process any new activity, so if you have just recently made that purchase, it is too early
to see offer progress for that purchase. Your purchase of Prey and Sniper Elite 4 were both pre-orders and therefore not eligible for MyVIP, and by extension, were not eligible for this offer.

So, either there's a problem with the tracking system or I may have purchased a not eligible item.

Maybe RE7: Bioharzard is the issue? The game is listed in the "pre-order punchcard" offer, but I purchased it after the game is released.

Can you guys please have a look at the issue?

We see that you were targeted for a VIP Boost to your fourth star. However, the spending requirement for that offer was 875 SEK. Since your purchase amount in February was beneath this amount, it did not complete that offer, and therefore did not award a
bonus star.

As mentioned on the FAQ for that offer and the tracker for that offer, The bonus star will not appear until March 7th.

Microsoft Rewards only has 2 levels. And you are getting the right amount of points per $:

"When you make qualifying online purchases at the Microsoft Store, as a
Level 2 member, you'll earn 10 points per dollar spent, plus bonus
points. Level 2 members with Xbox Live Gold also receive an extra 10
points per dollar spent, for a total of 20 points per dollar spent."

Bonus points presumably meaning points from offers etc like the often occuring "spend $30 and get 6,000 points" type offers
