Bonus Star error?

I have a few questions and possible errors I'm encountering with rewards of late

First about a week ago I had the mission to spend 100 dollars for a bonus star spent 160 dollars on mass effect ultimate edition, and ghost recon wildlands standard edition and I didn't receive my bonus Star instead my current star just got reset

Second like I said I preordered both those games which would then also complete my pre order punch card as I also pre ordered halo wars 2 standard edition so that was my 3 games punch card only registered 2 of my three punches

Third as I mention the 160 dollar purchase in the first gripe I had no rewards credits get added to my account for those 2 purchases balance still sitting still

If you can help tell me what's wrong or explain what's happening cause maybe I'm just uninformed that would be great

Hi, I got a email saying if I spend over £45 then my star rank would upgrade to the next star.

Well last week I spent over that amount yet your website doesn't show that I have done that. Can you please check if in fact that I have spent the required amount and if I have then update my page, thank you.

We see that your tracker on the MyRewards page is up to date and has your full progress. If you are asking about where your extra star is, keep in mind that as stated on the tracker and in our FAQ that you will not receive your additional star until March.

 

Support will check on your punchcard to make sure you do have 3 punches (the credits won't be given until all 3 games are released), but preorders do not count towards VIP so those purchases wouldn't have counted towards your star level.
