Bonus Shark Cards and Disconnecting Issue

Hello, I am having an issue with the 30 dollars worth of Shark Cards I purchased and have not received yet. That being said, I also want to take a moment to discus the server instability... I have lost roughly 600,000 dollars to 800,000 dollars between disconnecting
from the game during the adversary modes and during my Vehicle Cargo... Probably more to be honest but I will settle for that. I think it is highly unfair to a new player starting out who just dropped 30 bucks right off the bat, plus 30+ for the game itself.
I really have sunk in the last 2 weeks almost 100 dollars towards the game. I would for one like all my bonus shark cards in my account and I would even be more satisfied if you could even compensate for 60% of what I lost during adversary modes and vehicle
cargo from disconnecting mid mission. If you could do this for me, I would be more than satisfied.

I was not rewarded for buying shark card during the promo ending 21st oct 2016

i did not recieve bonus cash for buying a shark card during the latest gta v promo

 

GTA bonus dollars on shark cards

two weeks ago i purchased two seperate shark cards totalling $29.98 ..at the time a promotion was running for 30% bonus gta $$$ still have not seen my bonus $$.
