    I have recently purchased Doom and recieved the previous two Doom games via redeemable codes that are sent through Xbox live messages. I recieved my codes today but wasnt ready to download them at the moment, I was in a hurry and went back to playing a
    game once i saw what the message from Xbox live was. I returned to my messages a couple hours later and I have no message from Xbox live now. So how am i suppose to redeem my codes?

    The pre order bonus could have came in one of several ways.

    It could have been sent via Xbox Live message, via email, or on a purchase receipt.

    If a code isn't on any of those you may need to contact Xbox Phone support to have this address this issue for you.
