Bonus content never arrived

I have now done the chat thing twice, can someone please tell me when my son's bonus content arrives? I am really upset about not spending 30 minutes twice with a chat agent to be directed here. This is one chat conversation but essentially I need to know
when the bonus content will be released.

NBA 2K15 5000 vc and bonus card packs for preordering never arrived

It has been over a month since I preordered nba 2k15 for xbox one from microsoftstore.com and the bonus has never arrived.

The Microsoft store keeps giving me the run around sending me to different people without result and I am getting pretty mad. I just want the 5000 virtual currency and the bonus my team card packs I was promised for preordering.

 

Rewards no deposited for Resident Evil Biohazard Pre-Order

Order# 11086215264 never received 15,000 rewards points or pre-order bonus content for resident evil biohazard.

Thank you for patiently waiting. We have verified our records here, it seems that the best option we can do here is wait until the pre-order bonuses are sent to your account. I would highly recommend to check it from time to time from now. Anytime from now,
you should get the pre-order bonuses in game.

I certainly understand where you're coming from on this one and I'm pretty sure that I would feel the same way if I were you. I know that you haven't receive the bonuses as of this time and you already paid for the game. Eventually you will get it, the codes
are being sent batch by batch. Anytime from now, you should receive the bonuses since the normal timeframe is 7 to 10 business days.

Thanks for posting, and sincere apologies to hear about the issue. Just to clarify, you purchased a game from Best Buy and have not received bonus content? Which game did you purchase? Just a heads up, if you purchased a physical disc version of the game
through Best Buy, we may not be able to assist as each retailer offers different pre-order bonus content directly to their customers and in most scenarios we would not provide content purchased outside of our digital marketplace on Xbox One.
