    Bonjour

    Voila je me suis inscrit au avant première des mise a jour de la Xbox One et depuis celle de ce weekend ma console ne lit plus aucun jeu, elle reconnait mes cd et les lances sauf que au moment du chargement dans le jeu cela tourne dans le vide.

    J'ai Fait appelle le support Microsoft et fait les démarches multiples demandé Comme Vider le stockage persistant, la débrancher pendants 30 secondes ... et rien ne marche

    J'aurais voulu savoir qui est dans le même cas que moi et si il y a un solution ou pas, merci

    The time for repair would probably be different for each country (region). I live in Canada and had my console back within 3 days.

    Hey there Sly!

    Just to be sure I understand the situation: You're saying that you played through Resident Evil 4 on your brother's and father's profiles and you're wanted to know if you can move those game saves over to your profile as well?

    I'm sorry to say there's no way to move your game saves from profile to profile. You'll have to start a new game save on your profile. I hope that helps!

    To clarify, you would be able to transfer the game save, but you will not earn achievements for any progress made. If that is something you would like to do, you can follow the steps in our

    Copy, move or delete Xbox saved games, profiles and avatar items     to do so.

    Personally, I would recommend starting a fresh game on your account. But that's just me. : )

    J'ai eu une situation similaire que vous avez fait et passé par toutes les étapes de soutien ainsi. Dans mon cas, comme cela semble être le vôtre, j'ai dû envoyer ma console en réparation. Vous pouvez le mettre en place la page de réparation.
