Sign in error message

I am playing me1 on the xbox one s and everytime I try and import my me1 save onto me2 it keeps giving me a sign in change has occurred. This is very frustrating and I hope u can help.

I can not sign into my account on my Xbox one s. It keeps telling me to try again and giving me this error code:0x87DD0017

Sorry to hear about the issue. The easiest step to try is to >>uninstall<< the game, hold down the power button
for roughly 10 seconds, and then try installing the game again.

I had this problem with ghost busters remastered 4k movie. I just chalked it up to a poor job on the remaster but now you got me wondering....

How many save files are you keeping?

To my surprise the game hasn't locked up once on me - I'm lvl 38, so I've put some good playing time in. I get occasional hitches where it appears to lock up but then sorts itself out
