    Bolter Hunting and Last Twin Side Quest Trigger


    So apparently I've caught more than 5 Bolters and my progression meter has stopped at 80%... Tried everything, sat there and hunted 5 bolters at a single time, one after another, sleep until night over and over, and generally snapping their necks and collecting
    their samples. No achievement.

    And I'm missing one more of the twins' side mission where they contact you randomly throughout the day and tell you to meet them at a general location. So side mission achievement is on hold as well. Was really enjoying this game quite a bit until I ran
    into these hiccups. Anyone else experiencing these or other glitches? Thank heavens I haven't ran into the character and exp wipe glitch.

    Like I said I'm really enjoying this game a lot, bu if that happens to me, I'd be crushed.

    Can I craft Crossbow bolts if I joined the Vampires?

    If you calm the Dawnguard, you can do side quests and buythings from them, such as bolts and armoured trolls.

    i don't think you can because you would have to do a side quest for the dawnguard to learn how to craft bolts

    So the Bolter Hunter achievement popped last night for me when I was watching a movie on netflix, so apparently the achievement system on the X-Box One is acting up again I believe. Still no sign of the last side mission though...

    It took me a while because I spent time with the side quests etc. Hunting can waste hours if you're so inclined. A worthy purchase

    Yea I play Northern Realms deck, I love the spy cards as well. I'm just finishing my Skellige deck build from Blood and Wine. Finished the main quest last night and what an amazing bit of DLC. Now for hours of side quests, Witcher contacts and treasure
    hunts. The game that just keeps on giving. I too would buy this just to support CD Projekt Red.

    It might work well for me too Lofty. I don't usually do all side missions to completion or all main quests until completion. I break them up. A main mission here mixed in with scavenger hunting and a few side quests and then a new main mission and then
    some more exploring etc etc.

    The necklace will trigger the NPC's that are interested. I know the smith in Riften is one of them. I cannot remember if you had to finish his side quest first, or not though.
