Boa Tarde a 2 meses começou com um problema de liga e desligar sozinho então eu levei na primeira assistência e eles não constataram nada, e na própria assistência quando eu fui pegar o console estava funcionando normalmente e
quando eu liguei em minha casa ele continuava com o mesmo problema. Uma semana depois eu levei em outra assistência e testei e na mesma ligou normalmente, nesse período o console só ligou uma vez em minha casa então eu resolvi testar na casa de um amigo e
deu o mesmo problema liga e desligava e só piorou, então resolvi procurar a segunda assistência mencionada anteriormente novamente para ver se eles resolviam o problema e foi ai que foi constatado bolhas na placas alem de outros problemas. Enviarei o laudo
técnico fornecido pela segunda assistência considerando que a primeira fez mal manuseio do equipamento. obs: eles também fizeram uma limpeza. Gostaria de saber se a microsoft faria o serviço de troca de console fora de garantia mesmo depois de aberto por outra
empresa.

DEFEITO RECLAMADO:

No dia 13/10/2018 o Sr. Augusto [Mod Removed-Full Name], apresentou o console da marca Microsoft, modelo 1681, número de série
[Mod Removed-Serial Number], cujo o problema apresentado foi de desligar sozinho. PRIMEIRO foi verificado que o console apresentava curto na placa, e após abrir o aparelho para medir a voltagem dos componentes com auxílio de um multímetro,
foi detectado que há indícios de derretimento em áreas de tensão da placa, o que pode ocasionar danos sérios as trilhas do circuito.

SEGUNDO após constatar a bolha de calor, foram analisados outros componentes e constatado que o chip de KSB (responsável pelo vídeo) estava marcado, assim como o processador.

Concluímos então que a possível causa para o defeito no console, se deu por mal conhecimento e manuseio dos requisitos específicos para reparo de console por parte possível do envolvimento da primeira
pessoa que violou o aparelho.

MATERIAL DESCRIPTION: Xbox One S (white color)

DEFECT CLAIMED:

On 10/13/2018 Mr. Augusto [Mod Removed-Full Name] presented the console of the Microsoft brand, model 1681, serial number [Mod Removed-Serial Number], whose problem presented was to disconnect alone.
