Boarderlands 2 Season pass

I order this in Feb of this year. something downloaded, and I was able to proceed past 50 level I am now at 52. I never got access to other add on areas that came with the pass and I can't download them. Or at least it is asking for payment even though it says I own them.

it was suggested I remove boarderlands 2 from my Xbox one and reload it. so I did but now I get this error message.

DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT

This level 52 character requires downloadable content that is not accessible at this time.

You will not be able to earn experience beyond level 50 until additional downloadable content that raises the level cap is installed.

how do I do that when it says I have the content and there is nothing to load - yet I don't have it.

Can someone help me. else how do I get a refund so IO can purchase something for Boarderlands 3.

I would recommend reaching out to the developers through: Submit a request – 2K Support

They should be able to assist you with that!

Concerning the refund, all you need to do is go to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in using the account that made the purchase, select the item you want a refund for and then request the refund!
After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!

No, not all Seasons will have a Season Pass option. I'll check on the ones you have listed though.

I'm able to see the Season Pass option for The X-Files - Season 2. The Season Pass for Falling Skies - Season 2 should be available shortly.
