    So I bought the standard pre order for BO4, then changed my mind, as I wanted the extra bonuses from the deluxe version, so I cancelled the original purchase and bought the deluxe, but when I go to install they are both showing as ready to install, every
    time I select the deluxe to install it does the regular version and still shows that the deluxe is ready to install, can anyone help how to over come this?

    i pre ordered bo4 on the microsoft store on my xbox and the order came through and i havent reseived any codes to download and it
    doesnt apear in the store when i search for it please help

    could be a glitch in the games and apps or that the delux is seperate addon. Either way I would talk to xbox support directly on the phone to confirm.

    It says it is cancelled, when I go back onto the store it say I own the deluxe but when I click install it starts to install then once complete asks me to do it again but when I check my games and apps the standard version has installed????
