Bo4 not showing up on game share

My friend bought Bo4 about a month ago he can play Bo4 and install it,the issue is i dont have the game in my ready to install and when i check the microsoft store it says i have to buy it. i definently have his game
share as i checked about 5 mins ago and it says my xbox is his home xbox and yet even with his gameshare i have no Bo4. The game share should be working as he bought the game on his account and that same account is the one im game sharing with I CAN GET ALL
OF THE OTHER GAMES HE OWNS WITH HIS GAME SHARE JUST NOT BO4. Please help me find out how to fix this im just trying to play with my friends.

Sign in with your friend account on your console and try download it from the store...if this don't work try to resign the family sharing.

 

If the above solution doesnt fix, please try to remove both account from both consoles. Re add them again and re do it the game share process.

Please let us know if fixed it.

If you've not already done so. Try performing a hard reset/power cycle on your console. Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

The only thing I can imagine why only Black Ops 4 is not able to install for you is that he potentially bought the game on another account of his and not the one you gameshare with. I would ask him to just make sure the account you gameshare with is the
one he made the purchase on.

If he confirms with you that yes he bought it on that account, then a
soft factory reset may be a good idea to reset the operating system without erasing your games or apps. You will need to re-add your account and his account and set up his home console to be your Xbox again so that you re-establish your game sharing with
him.

 

This is breaking the Code of Conduct. Do not share any details with friends or anyone online.

 

Its literally there so your friends can give you games and stuff, why would it exist if it was against the rules

 

No. It actually exists to give other people in your house access to your purchased content and Gold. That is why it is called Home Console! Signing into or sharing account details for an account that is not yours is a violation of the COC!
