    So when black ops 3 came out i had a 360 so played it on that, now ive bought bo3 on xbox one and it shows me as a lvl 1 player with no progression. How would i get my 360 progress back but on xbox one?

    You can't. They are two separate games, and as such they treated that way. So you have to start from the beginning.
