    BO3 multiplayer progress not saving


    Keep going back to when I was at level 15 but I'm actually at 22.Still has the game clips of when at 22 but profile is 15 again.

    Ive uninstalled,factory restored,deleted profile,hard reset nothing works it's driving me crazy please help me

    I don't even turn my console off just leave the game and when I come back it's back to when I was level 15 I don't understand why it keeps going back to that level

    Not saving progress!!!

    Renzo does this work for you? Can you sign in on the other profile so two can play after you load the save?

    Not saving progress!!!

    I have the xbox one and just bought this game. Same issues for me; "no saved data". I did this twice now. So what I did was uninstalled and re installed the game and there was my data. So last night I completely 100% let the game install and tried again.
    Saved and exit; I'll know later today after work if it worked this time. Has anyone since this post had success in saving your game data?

    Only had my Xbox for 3 days and I've spent the last 2 trying to fix this problem.have seen other people having the same problem but everyone has fixed with all different solutions but I've tried all of them and it's still doing it arrrgggh why me

    To clarify, is this with your in game level for Black Ops III? I see you've completed plenty of steps that we would normally recommend, but since this is an in game issue within Call of Duty, the best folks to reach out to will be
    Activision Support.

    Is everything for the game completely updated? Did you try reinstalling the game? You could also try redownloading your Xbox live profile.

    Truthfully I feel as the games progressed the zombies mode got worse and I love zombies. The multiplayer has gone down for me too it hit its peak with bo3 then got a lot better with WW2 and then went down a little again with bo4

    You are able to delete saved data for single player progress. Deleting multiplayer progress is another issue though, many games save your stored multiplayer progress online one servers which makes is impossible to delete it yourself.
