    Bo3 constant connection interrupted please help anyone


    So for the past month bo3 has been unplayable for me I haven't been able to play a game of multiplayer or zombies due to getting connection interrupted 5 minutes into a game then instantly getting disconnected from the server's every time it happens it also
    kicks me out of my Xbox live party aswell every other game works fine except from bo3 why has this been happening to me for the past month?.

    I have 55 download speed through wired on my console so I'm sure it's not my connection I also have all port's open

    There is no set amount of time or set time of day that the error occurs. It's happened in the afternoon, evening and late at night as well. I have mainly just been playing Black Ops recently but my internet use to drop while playing Need For Speed as well.

    For some reason while on Xbox Live I constantly am receiving Connection Interrupted messages. When I test the connection, everything is fine and the game will at times run fine for extended periods. But then it simply becomes unplayable. I was hoping someone
    could help me.

    What Country/State/Province do you live in? United States, Florida

    Modem brand & model number:     Don't have a modem.

    Router brand & model number:     Netgear N-600

    Network Connection Type: Wireless/Wired     Wireless

    If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using?     WPA2-PSK [AES]

    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?     Black

    Things you have tried:

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown Yes

    Is NAT Type Open? Yes

    Any Error Codes you encounter: None while testing

    What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? Fiber Optic

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Gator net

    After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen?

    After testing connection, if you click status the following comes up:

    Error Status report

    W: 0000-0021

    X: 0000-F021

    Y: 20A8-4860

    Z: 8007-2746

    I'm having the exact same issue. Been going on for around 3 months now. Playing games we've always played before without ANY problems at all then started getting kicked out of games but not xbox live. Replaced the modem, router AND had the telephone/internet
    company out and everything is great there. It happens in ALL the games we play. VERY frustrating. Thinking there's gotta be something wrong with the console and since the wireless on the xbox is built in, I can't look at it. The xbox is only a year and
    a few months old. Hope there's a solution soon.

    How far away from your console is your router? You can check to see how strong of a signal you have from the network settings screen on your console.



    You could try changing your wireless channel from your router configuration page. You might be getting interference from your neighbors wireless networks.

    Do you have an ethernet cable that you could use to test your system on a wired setup?

    Also, make sure there aren't any large metal objects near your router as these will cause interference.



    Do you have any other games that you could test? Black Ops isn't the best game to test for connection interruptions.
