Bo2 wont play on xbox one x

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console to play this backward-compatible game appropriately. I can totally understand how this could be pretty confusing.If your console is not picking up this disc after performing
the troubleshooting outlined above, I suggest trying a soft factory reset of the console when you get the chance.

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues. Just make sure to have your gamertags' sign-in information as you'll
have to redownload your accounts after this step.

Follow the steps here on How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One, select the option
denoted reset and keep my games & apps and let us know how that helps with the issue

Maybe the country where the xbox is different from

the country where the game was purchasef

Its still not working and ive tried everything i can think of

This happened to me before too,

Try doing this to fix the disc go to your settings then go to BlueRay and then click Clear Persistant Storage (it just clears the storage that just takes up space it doesnt make anything delete) then try Force Shutting down your xbox by holding the Power
Button down for 10 seconds and then unplug the Power Cord for 15 seconds once youve dont that put the game back into your Xbox and wait 3 minutes and it should start working again if it doesnt click this link for Xbox Customer Service ——> https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

Most likely yes but the xbox one wont be future proof aka wont be able to play certain games in the future the xbox one x will be it will eventually turn into an older console but still will be able to play the game the series x can
