    Hey i just bought the backwards compatible game and the season pass and it says i have to install the map packs in the ingame store but when i try to access it the menu says it couldnt retrieve my card information and kicks me out

    I don't have any saves for BO2, I just got it brand new. The only things I have on there is the Installment of the game and the DLC. I also tried deleting everything in BO2 and re-installing but it never worked.

    I don't have BO2 and just recently purchased the DLC 4 and sure enough I'm having the same problem. I downloaded the first dlc and I had no issues, plenty of people playing despite the fact that BO2 has been released. Clearly the DLC 4 content is messed
    up. How do you undo the DLC? Thanks.
