    BO2 Disc: "This game is not playable here" error message


    Have BO2 on disc, tried hard resetting my X1, checking the disc on a 360 (loaded fine here), and restarting my router and no luck. Keep getting the error message "This game is not playable here, for a list of Xbox 360 playable on Xbox One..."

    I'm in Canada so I'm not sure if that affects anything?

    Anyone have solutions?

    Fallout New Vegas will not install

    Is there an issue w/New Vegas dics? Everytime I try to install the game an error message comes up saying "This game isn't playable here. For a list of 360 games playable on Xbox One, go to xbox.com/BackCompat. (ox8082000c)"

    I even bought a newer version of the game to see if it was just my disc but even that's not working. Still get the same message. Please help!

    Original xbox dead to rights

    I have dead to rights disc of original xbox and it is on the list but when I put the disc on my xbox one s i get error 0x8082000c game is not playable here?

    Hey there!

    This error normally occurs when a game isn't Backward Compatible, or the game isn't compatible
    yet. Are you still running into this error? Keep us posted!

    But what if you have the disc and when you go to install or play it you get the ‘game isnt playable here’ message? Do the different editions of the game affect this? For example i have the complete edition.

    I’m having the same problem, the disc literally says it’s multi system playable, it says series x/s and Xbox one on it, my disc spins a few times then stops, Xbox doesn’t do anything. No error message or anything

    1/ Eject disc

    2/ On the main menu press and HOLD 10 sec the power button of the console , wait 30 sec , restart console

    3/ Sign in with your account , be sure to be connected on Xbox live

    4/ Put the game disc , you should see the update message popup
