    BO2 Backward Compatibility not working?


    I haven’t used black ops 2 on Xbox one yet so I thought I’d give it a go. Everything loaded fine except for when I selected Xbox live. It then came up asking me to download profile to which I tried but came up with an error saying about my internet connection which is all fine.

    I’ve looked at a few of the resolutions that helped people on here but neither are working for me. I’ve made sure my NAT type is open, I’ve went through the steps of changing my network settings to manual etc. The resolutions I’ve seen that are working for most people aren’t working. Any ideas?

    I see. Please also try the steps below.

    Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



    1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.



    Solution 2: Do a factory reset



    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

    3. Select Reset console.

    4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Select System and then select Storage.

    Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.

    Select Yes and restart the console.
