    BNIB Xboxone for Christmas Already has gamer profile-is this normal


    My wife got me an Xbox one for Xmas, mostly so I could play Battlefront.

    She got it on black friday sale from Kohls. Everything was sealed like new.

    When I hooked it up and it updated, there was already a gamer profile on the console.

    Is this normal?

    I deleted it and logged in my account and set up my profile, but now we are both very curious if we got a returned or refurb unit instead of a brand new one.

    Pad lag

    Bought my XboxOne for Christmas and found an issue, my pad has always some lag to responds, this is evident in game like: GTA 5 , world of tanks, forza

    Read around the web, others has same issue.

    Tried everything, still this problem...

    i had this problem for two weeks the problem is a corrupted profile just delete and redownload your profile and it should work i found this out by rebooting my xboxone and trying to use the app with a diff profile without loging into my normal profile and
    it worked BNIB Xboxone for Christmas Already has gamer profile-is this normal :)

    Never heard of that...sounds like somebody returned it , you could get the serial # and call support and see if it's been registered ...

    Same exact problem. Main profile, can't chat but says I'm in a party constantly. Kids profile on this xboxone works fine in all functions. First profile can chat normally on my kids xboxone as does their profile. One xboxone and one profile.
