BluRay Player Turning off Audio

So my Xbox One can play DVD's just fine but when it comes to Blu Ray only a few of my movies will play at all and some will just play the video and turn off all audio for the system upon starting. I have to then take out the disk and restart my console to
get my audio back. That disk will do that every time i try and play it. I've done all the updates for the app to play the Blu Ray and nothing seems be fixing the issue.

Media Remote for Xbox One

Oh, one more thing. There is not menu command for DVD/BluRay. So keep your other remotes handy for that. Otherwise it does great with the BluRay player. Even remembers where you left off on a DVD after turning the Xbox console off. Resumes exactly where
you left off.

 

Oxbox One Blue Ray app not playing video

Blueray app on our Xbox One will play audio but not video from a DVD or Blueray disc.
