    New xbox one x, does not play any disks.

    Its not reading any discs, DVDs, blu rays, newly purchased nba2k20 disc. Disc does not load and on blue ray app gives the error "We're having trouble reading this. Make sure it's a Blu-ray
    or DVD. If its a game, launch it from your games & apps instead. (0x91d7000)"
