Bluray Player App 0x91d70000

I am also having trouble with my blu-ray player too. (0x91d70000). What do you do about it?

When trying to play bluray discs using the bluray player app, I'm getting the error of 0x91d70000.

i am try the bluray disc in ps3 and its work very good but when i am try to play it in xbox one after downloading bluray app this error appear (0x91d70000)

 

I also get the above error all the time. Sometimes it flashes between the error screen and the main Bluray loading screen. It says it's an error with HDCP rights management. I tried switching the HDMI input which didn't help. I just have to constantly restart
or do a hard shutdown on the Xbox One to get it to work eventually. It's usually just my son's "The Snowman" DVD or other children's DVDs (all of which are purchased, not burned). It seems to happen even more if you eject a disc while the Xbox is sleeping
and then put a DVD in. It's very frustrating to go through that turning on and off routine every time, and sometimes it takes several tries before it plays the DVD.

 

NO pirated blu-ray or burned blu-ray will be read by the app, this is so wrong.

 

I was having this same issue. Reached out to support, and they had me clear the Persistent Storage in the Blu-ray player settings. That cleared the issues I was having with all Blu-ray discs.

It didnt unfortunately. i get this error code with all store bought dvd's and blue rays. this is a new xbox one also. :-/ this blow chunks

 

Unfortunately it has returned for me as well, and the clearing of persistent storage didn't fix it this time. Will pass along any info I find from support team.
