    Hi there

    We need help with our xbox one blu ray player. We have a samsung 4k 55 inch tv and they have been working fine together for months. Now suddenly when we try and play dvds through the blu ray player the picture is off centre and cuts off some of the image.
    We have tried the resolution settings on both the xbox and the tv and nothing works. The display is perfect when playing games or using other apps on xbox, its just when it comes to playing dvds that it goes wrong. Can anybody shed some light on the problem
    and how to fix it? Please and thanks in advance

    Blu Ray Zoomed In and Off Centre Image

    Hi there,

    I have recently bought a new LG 55 inch OLED TV and hooked up my Xbox One as usual. The image is absolutely fine when on the dashboard or on games, however when trying to watch a DVD on the Blu Ray Player app the image is now zoomed in and off centre, cutting
    a large part of the image off. I have tried changing the aspect ratio of the tv and looked into the Xbox display settings but cannot find a way to fix this, any tips??

    Media player only plays half of 3D movies

    Is this thru a real bluray disc or an image, sounds like an image, and the ^08F1 section of the header in the image was not set right. or your server is stripping it out on send and the xbox is using that to play.

    In my town (Bury) bee.com is ceasing to trade as of 2nd Feb. Very soon GAME are going to have the whole town centre to themselves, yes thats the GAME who are selling DMC for £42.99! At least we have Asda and Tesco just outside of town.
