    BluRay App. Problem Recognize Disc, Recognized and Played with noise (mechanical), no Eject ...


    Hello there. The issue started 2 1/2 weeks ago, with Update for Blue Ray App. Problems with the update then 2 days later new update and then download and work fine.

    1 week later new update and problems recognizing BluRays, then 2 days later new update and recognize BR inside and Play movie.

    1 week ago, new update and problems again to recognize BR (movie) and then played with Mechanical noice all the time. Turned off and then do not eject BR inside since a week.

    According to BR App there is not a disc inside, but the console make noice (same when you eject a disc) radomly and not allow to insert or eject.

    I already review "How to eject manually disc", but do not work (even with a 1.5mm Hex Key & large clip)

    I chat with support but because my console its on Preview program i need to check here first...

    so, any advice?

    XBox One disc goes back into console on ejection

    I've had issues with my disc drive from day one, unfortunately. Sometimes I can put a disc in and it reads it fine, other times I have to insert and eject the disc ten times before it finally recognizes it. =/

    Xbox one games won't read when INITIALLY inserted

    So, I've ran across something that I just want to make sure is okay, especially with all the talk of faulty disc drives. For the very first time the game is inserted into the Xbox, it doesn't seem to recognize the disc. When I hit eject, the disc pops out
    a little, then pops right back in, then the game is recognized. After the install and everything is complete, it will receive and eject the disc normally, with no problem. I've never experienced any of the grinding noises or anything like that, I just want
    to know if this is something I should be concerned about. Thank you in advance!

    what exactly happens when you try a bluray disc?

    Does it not recognize the disc, or does it make a grinding sound?

    Does it happens with all type of discs like Game, Bluray Movie, DVD Movie?
