    Hi, i can't install the bluray app on my Xbox One X. I have install other apps without any trouble, and games also are installing and play properly.

    Actually everything work just fine, except the bluray app that i can't install.

    After the 0x80D03801 error the app is stuck to 0% of download progress. Aborting and restart the download again gave me the error again.

    My xbox one X is updated to lastest version i've double checked that. I'm not in the preview program.

    Restarting the console multiple times does nothing.

    Restarting the router does nothing.

    Please help me. What can i do?

    I have an update regarding this issue.

    After an hard reset of the console (complete factory reset), the problem persisted, and i was unable to install the bluray app.

    The only solution that i found was to change the network connection used to connect the Xbox to the internet.

    I have switch from a provider to another (the same wifi network and the same router) and magically the blu ray app installed.

    How is this possible? Other apps and games download and installed themself without problems, only the BD app was unable to do so...

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you try the troubleshooting steps available in our support article entitled Troubleshoot
    game or app installation problems on Xbox One
    and go through them one by one to pinpoint what may be happening.

    Since you did mention that you initially attempted to update the app but it didn't do so, it may indicate that your console itself also requires an update before it will proceed with any further attempts to update any games or apps. I recommend first attempting
    this prior to any further troubleshooting:

    To see if there’s an update available:

    1. Press the Xbox button
      to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System >
      Updates & downloads.
    3. If there are any updates, they’ll appear in the left menu. If not, you'll see "No console update available."

    Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.
