Blur on the Xbox 360

me and my wife are having problems with playing Blur online on the Xbox 360. after playing online after each race the game crashes on the awards page and says.

Matchmaking problem

An unrecoverable matchmaking

error has occurred, the game

session has been closed.

I purchase Xbox live for 12 months as a Christmas present for my wife and she douse the same for me.

My wife said if Blur on the Xbox 360 isn't sorted out and stops crashing after every race we wont be getting Xbox live again because Blur was the only game we get Xbox Live for. I have noticed that we are not the only people it happens to as we see people going offline and back online all the time. I have noticed that the amount of people playing Blur have decreased in the last month because of the problem with crashing out please contact me back as I have been waiting on the telephone for 2 hours at the moment trying to talk to Xbox live.

Here are a few things you can try;

- Press the Guide button on your controller, select Settings, and select System Settings.

- Select Network Settings.

- Select the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.

- Select Configure Network.

- On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults.

If that doesn't help, try playing the game with your phone's hotspot to see if that makes a difference.

Great to see they are working to improve the xbox one. Also real happy about the possibility of a 1080i update! I've seen it mentioned before about blurring on games with 1080i. I've played the original xbox, xbox 360 and ps3 on my 12 year old RCA scenium
and never noticed any blurring at all. I want a new flat screen, but this HDTV still works and looks good.

Blur is not backwards compatible so can't be played on a Xbox One or Series console.

The backwards compatibility program has finished so it won't be added.

You'd need a Xbox 360 in order to play it.

Also how do i message activision to make blur because everyone needs blur on xbox one and there is no solution to contact activision to make blur on xbox one because i can only contact to make call of duty james bond tony hawks

I liked blur one of the best racing games on the 360... It brings a tear to my eye knowing there wont be a second.
