Bluetooth problems with my new Xbox Serie X

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone has the same issue, from time to time it seems that the Bluetooth on my box ceases to function and both my controller and on my headset are disconnecting and unable to connect back. The only solution I found is to turn the box off and then unplug the power cable before plugging it back and restarting the system... it s quite annoying, happens a couple of times per day for no apparent reason. Thanks in advance!

Why can't I pair up Bluetooth wireless earbuds with my console?

it uses wifi that the xbox has a receiver and sender for, similar to the microsoft pc wireless adapter but obviously built into the console.

no bluetooth at all. there is not a single bluetooth chip in the console, the modern xbox controller connect via wifi to the console or bluetooth to phones and pc if not using the adapter for pc. only the controller has bluetooth and this is basic at best.

No Bluetooth for Xbox Series X

The Xbox Series X doesn't have Bluetooth, similarly to the Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X. The reason is simple; the Bluetooth signal isn't strong enough to meet Microsoft's specifications for latency. Microsoft uses its proprietary signal, dubbed Xbox Wireless, for connecting controllers and other accessories, like the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 and the SteelSeries 9X wireless headsets.

Microsoft's signal is far stronger than Bluetooth. Since many people typically game while sitting far away from their consoles in the living room or so on, Bluetooth's susceptibility to interference increases exponentially at longer ranges. If you were hoping you could use a USB Bluetooth adapter, it wouldn't work either, as the Xbox Series X and other Xbox One consoles don't have the drivers necessary to power them.

Wy my series x won't link with microsoft store ?

Hello, I have new details!🙄 today I got my repaired series x, and before I tried it. I just tried mw2 on my old xbox one just to see the difference and surprise. Same God damn problem. To cut short at some point I go to my network settings and decide to try a new dns, the Google one(8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) so I call my internet provider and after discussion they can't find a explanation for it. So after that I see that my bug is coming back even with Google dns so I was lost but didn't give up. So I decide to try my xbox one controller and it's better that series x one. So my thought is that my controller keep going back to bluetooth. So I try the series x controller again and the bug is back, so I press 2 times on the pairing button and it's better for 1 or 2 seconds, but it's always coming back. So I found a other person on microsoft community asking about bluetooth devise interfering with the series x. After that my brain start to spin and I just see my phone on the desk. I go in settings and I see bluetooth activated, turn it of and it was better after. God damn it, I just paid for the repair of the series x.🤣 I'm gonna wait for the response because there is more🤯
