Bluetooth on Elite Series 2 ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! NEED HELP, NEED A FIX, NEED...SOMETHING

To whom it may concern,

From: A VERY Disgruntled Gamer

I bought the Elite Series 2 Controller SPECIFICALLY for the purpose of using it on my PC wirelessly. This is why I purchased it. The elite series One is fine for my xbox but I wanted WIRELESS WITHOUT A DONGLE for my PC.

So you released the Elite Series 2 Controller for exactly that purpose which suited me just fine. YET, whenever I play a game and use the controller, it FREQUENTLY Disconnects and reconnects from/to bluetooth and eventually will stop REConnecting all together
and I have to remove it from the bluetooth connections and re-add it entirely.

This is annoying AS F***!!!

And BEFORE Microsoft tells me to Update my bluetooth drivers, I have. I've tried 4 different versions of my bluetooth drivers, Currently on the newest.

ALL Mainboard drivers and software are installed and updated. The controller Firmware is UPDATED. Windows 10 is UPDATED Entirely.

I honestly don't know what to do, Microsoft. You've already replaced my controller once and apparently this is a WIDESPREAD PROBLEM that you aren't even acknowledging.

For a $180 controller, THIS IS ABSOLUTE ****!

And NO PHONE SUPPORT whatsoever? LOAD OF BS!

Resolution: I want a FREE Wireless Dongle for my PC to connect my controller to it since you obviously ain't gonna fix this issue anytime soon.

Already been through one warranty replacement. And this is happening with my Laptop AND my desktop.

You could always swap it for another if its in warranty. If the issues still happen then the signs would point to your PC being the problem

The elite series one controller never had Bluetooth so you would've received exactly what you ordered if you need Bluetooth you need a new edition standard controller or an elite series 2

the elite controller series 2 has Bluetooth compatibility and is therefore compatible with windows 10 too. the first release of the elite controller was before xbox was integrated into windows 10, therefore there was no need at the time for Bluetooth.
