    Is it definitely a Bluetooth mouse? Rather than a Wi-Fi mouse? Wi-Fi mice have to be used with their paired transceiver.

    Which make and model is it?

    Assuming it is definitely a Bluetooth mouse, then you should be able to go to Windows settings, Bluetooth and then pair it

    It seems that have no other Bluetooth devices really helps with this controller (1.5hr without dissconnection), which mean no Bluetooth Headphones, no Bluetooth mouses, ... Cool

    Try reseting the bluetooth or if there is a reset button on the mouse it self
